Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your delivery.
Track via your Order Status page
The easiest way to check your order is via the link in your order confirmation or shipping email. Click View your order to see the latest status, including whether it has been fulfilled and any tracking information.
Track with Australia Post
If your order was shipped with Australia Post, you can track it directly on the Australia Post website using the tracking number from your shipping email:
Local Pickup Orders
If you selected local pickup at checkout, your order does not have a tracking number. You will receive a separate notification when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for that notification before visiting us.
