Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, including if you ordered incorrectly or no longer want an item. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws.

Broken, damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your goods as soon as you receive them. If an item arrives broken or damaged, please email tinkarscorner@hotmail.com as soon as possible after receipt, with your order number and clear photos of the item, the damage and, where available, the packaging. We request photographic evidence to help assess the issue. If you cannot provide photos, please contact us so we can discuss another way to assess your claim.

Please also contact us if an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Prompt notification helps us investigate, but a delay in reporting does not remove your statutory rights.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These rights also apply to sale items where applicable.

Returning an item

Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions and discuss any return shipping arrangements. Our return address is Shop 7, 5/7 Kilvington Dr, Emerald VIC 3782, Australia. We will advise whether a return is required and arrange or reimburse reasonable return postage where required by applicable consumer law.

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund. For questions, email tinkarscorner@hotmail.com.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer laws.
