How to Use

• Diffusion: Add 3–4 drops of the blend into your diffuser or oil burner to create a relaxing, meditative atmosphere.Massage: Combine 3 drops of the oil with ~10 mL of a gentle carrier oil (like jojoba) and apply to the wrists, chest, or back to ground and calm. 

• Bath: Dilute 4–6 drops in a teaspoon of carrier oil, then add to warm bath water to support mindfulness and calmness.

• DIY / Craft: Use in candle-making, soap, bath bombs or homemade roll-ons to infuse a meditative note into your wellness routines.
